Our design philosophy is guided by freshness, efficiency, and low emissions

This is our "mantra" because it defines how we treat the coffee beans. We roast the quantities that have been requested which are nearly always delivered on roasting day. We do not advocate that the coffee be consumed on roasting day but we prefer that it degasses at the clients location. If the bags are stored upright the denser carbon dioxide, escaping from the roasted coffee, will push up and out the oxygen from the bag. For the same reason the bag should not be tilted unless you are pouring out all the contents. For removing small amounts of beans use a small scoop or measuring spoon while keeping the bag upright.

More Blog Brewing

There are more blog entries at
https://nxt-roasters.blogspot.ca/
which started in 2011. Eventually the blogspot will mirror nxtroasters.com

This is hopefully a temporary theme while we work on a more appropriate and useful website. Nearly all the website templates present landscape style graphics which do not work well with rather tall equipment.

Most templates give priority to words over pictures and consequently, force the user to accept where the text is placed on the graphic.  Of course old hands are able to edit CSS files without getting into trouble or creating a mess.  We specialize in roasting coffee, CSS is a real stretch.
